PM Shift:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; 2:00PM to 12:00
AM Starting Wage:
$20 - 21/hourly (Based on Experience) What you'll do All optical lab technicians are trained in the essential job functions in their primary department, including Surface, AR, and Finishing.
These will include:
Calibrations and operations of all equipment. Effectively identify and address work flow and quality issues. Following standard operating procedures. Technicians will also have the opportunity to be trained in the essential job functions in other departments to meet business and individual growth needs Why we will love you High school diploma (or GED equivalent) Experience working in an optical setting Intermediate computer skills are needed, including: Windows OS, Excel, Word, and Rx Universe Additional specialized skills in Trail Mix, Quoka, and other in-house software may be required in specific customer interface roles Hustle and tireless work ethic Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time Be innovative, and think on the fly Know how to have fun and work hard!
