Knowledge of exam flow, contact lenses and specialty testing, such as visual fields, OCT and imaging will be needed. Applicants should have basic knowledge of ophthalmic anatomy and terminology, experience working up patients before an exam, ability to establish rapport with children and their parents, good communication and computer skills, experience using EMR's, and a strong work ethic. Experience scheduling in Allscripts PM is a plus. Position is full-time. Background check is required. Salary is dependent upon experience.
