Optician / Optical Sales Associate Our well-established optometry clinic, serving the San Juan Capistrano community for nearly 50 years, is seeking a dedicated Optician to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with frame selection and insurance processing.
• Maintaining frame displays and inventory (frame board management) including tagging and pricing frames.
• Adjusting and repairing frames.
• Ordering frames and lenses.
• Processing insurance claims for eyewear, contact lenses and exams.

Work Schedule:

This position is 36-40 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We are also open on Saturdays once a month for half of a day. Why work with us?

Preferred Qualifications:

• Optical/Optician experience
• Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly OfficeMate/ExamWriter.
• Must be proficient with use of personal computers.
