About us VICLE Eye Care Studio is a modern, boutique eye care practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a personalized eyewear experience. We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working with people, and has an eye for fashion and detail. Whether you already have optical experience or are eager to learn, we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. What You'll Do Welcome patients and provide an outstanding first impression. Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, prescription, and personal style. Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and premium eyewear products. Measure patients for eyewear and ensure accurate orders. Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot glasses. Verify insurance benefits and explain patient coverage. Schedule appointments and answer phone calls professionally. Maintain accurate patient records and process optical orders. Keep the optical boutique organized, clean, and beautifully displayed. Help achieve monthly sales goals while prioritizing an exceptional patient experience. Work closely with the doctor and team to ensure a seamless patient visit. Qualifications Previous optical, optician, eyewear, medical office, retail sales, or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Comfortable learning new technology and software. Organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fashion-conscious and enthusiastic about helping patients look and feel their best. Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required. ABO certification is a plus but not required.
