We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Optician. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service by assisting patients in selecting frames that complement their face shape, skin tone, and personal style. Take precise measurements to ensure accurate fit and optimal vision correction. Assist with fitting glasses and lenses, ensuring maximum comfort. Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and treatments available. Adjust and repair eyewear as needed. Managing patient records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Learn to interpret and verify optical prescriptions. Maintain an organized and clean work environment. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges. Interest in learning about optical technology and products. Positive attitude and a team player. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency with computer systems Must be able to work 40 hours per week. Punctuality and Reliability are required
