This role is responsible for successfully facilitating authorizations and other materials as required for insurance processing. Candidate must be able to multi-task, manage priorities, follow up with VSP and patients for coordination of benefits. Must be a strong team player and able to work with all departments. The candidate must possess strong customer service and communication skills and enjoys working with patients. Must be professional in appearance and in attitude.
