What You'll Do:

Create a great experience for every guest who walks in. Help customers find frames they love and recommend the best lens options. Use tools to take measurements and work with the Optician when needed. Build relationships with customers and teammates. Keep the store looking fresh and organized.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED. Retail or customer service experience (1+ year preferred). Comfortable with basic tech (point of sale systems, computers, phones). Strong communication and sales skills. Flexible, motivated, and ready to learn.
