In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients with their eyewear needs. Your responsibilities will include spectacle lens dispensing, eyewear fittings, and frame adjustments, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention and high-quality service. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting patients, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through their eyewear selections Dispense spectacle lenses accurately according to prescriptions and patient preferences Assist with eyewear fittings to ensure comfort and proper alignment Perform eyewear frame adjustments to meet individual needs and enhance fit Operate the cash register efficiently during transactions Support the optometry team with retail tasks related to eyewear sales and inventory management Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including display areas and equipment Requirements Prior retail optometry experience or familiarity with optical products and services Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to handle spectacle lens dispensing accurately and efficiently Experience in eyewear fittings and frame adjustments preferred Basic proficiency with cash register operations or point-of-sale systems Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting Join our team as an Optometric Office/Eyewear Specialist and contribute to providing exceptional eye care experiences for our patients.
