Base Pay:

$16.50/hour starting rate.

Skilled Pay:

Candidates with verified professional welding or machine programming experience start at $18.50/hour.

Hours & Overtime:

Full-time hours with substantial overtime opportunities (including mandatory Saturday production during peak volume periods).

Responsibilities:

Depending on your skill set and department placement, daily responsibilities will include:

Assembly:

Read work orders and schematics to assemble metal components to exact specifications using hand and power tools; perform thorough quality checks on finished goods.

Welding & Fabrication:

Execute clean, precise welds, interpret blueprints, shape metal components, and assist with equipment upkeep.

Material Handling /

Shipping & Receiving:

Load and unload incoming/outgoing shipments, process logistics documentation, and maintain inventory records using industrial equipment.

Machine Programming & Operation:

Set up, program, and operate CNC equipment; troubleshoot process variations to maintain optimal production speeds.

Finishing /

Paint Line:

Prepare metal surfaces, apply protective coatings, perform paint touch-ups, and keep workstations clear and safe.

Skills:

Role-Specific Skills:

Ability to pass a MIG welding test (for welding tracks) or demonstrate machinery programming experience (for machine operator tracks).

Qualifications:

Measurement & Math Skills:

Proven capability to read tape measures accurately down to 1/32" and interpret basic production blueprints.

Education & Background:

High school diploma or equivalent GED. Successful completion of pre-employment background screening and strict adherence to a drug-free workplace policy (including a zero-tolerance policy for THC/Marijuana).
