Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to Veterans. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Work collaboratively to foster a positive and productive environment. Comply with security clearance requirements by successfully passing a background check.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of optician experience . ABO Certification preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Skilled in fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selling eyewear. Proficient in using lensometers, pupilometers, and computers. Knowledge of VA benefits and discounts for optical services.
