FRONT DESK/OPTICAL SALES CONSULTANT

for a long-term role at our office. This is a

PART TIME POSITION

with the opportunity to grow as the practice expands. We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and excited to become part of a small, supportive team. We are not a high-volume chain. We focus on curated eyewear and elevated service. Responsibilities Optical Sales & Styling Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits their style and needs Recommend frames, lenses, and premium upgrades Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service Hit sales goals and consistently drive revenue Keep the optical area organized, clean, and visually appealing Stay up to date on eyewear trends and product knowledge Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a boutique-level experience Front Desk & Patient Experience Answer phones professionally and courteously Schedule appointments accurately Verify patient information and upcoming appointments Check patients in and out insurance verification Handle administrative tasks to maintain smooth office flow Provide warm, welcoming customer service to every patient What We're Looking For Seeking long-term, stable employment with room to grow Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality (optical a plus but not required) Comfort with sales , customer communication, and recommending products Tech-savvy and able to learn software quickly Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Interest in fashion, eyewear, and styling Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and eager to learn Why Work With Us Part-time role with future growth opportunities Hands-on training in optical skills, sales, styling, and optometric services Female-owned, supportive, boutique environment Opportunity to grow into a larger role within the practice
