The ideal candidate combines excellent customer service with an eye for fashion, strong product knowledge, and the ability to create a personalized eyewear experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional, and personalized shopping experience. Consult with patients to understand their style preferences, lifestyle, fit requirements, and eyewear needs. Recommend optical frames based on face shape, coloring, personal style, prescription requirements, and current fashion trends. Assist patients with selecting frames, lenses, colors, materials, and other eyewear options. Demonstrate strong knowledge of frame brands, materials, lens options, and product features. Take accurate measurements, including pupillary distance and frame measurements, as required. Ensure frames fit comfortably and make appropriate adjustments when needed. Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-merchandised frame display. Stay current on eyewear trends, new collections, and product launches. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Assist with sales transactions, order processing, and follow-up with customers regarding eyewear orders. Work closely with opticians, optometrists, and other team members to provide a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate customer and order information while following company policies and procedures. Meet or exceed established customer service and sales goals.
