Compensation Range:
$22.91 - $30.93 _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive patient care related to patient evaluation, prescription recommendation, eyewear selection, fitting and purchase, and coordination with other health care professionals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- + Fills ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions specified by MD or OD and makes final adjustments to the eyewear to the satisfaction of the patient.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- + Associate's degree and 1 year of related experience involving direct patient contact required + Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience preferred + Or equivalent combination of education and experience
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
