Responsibilities Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that fit their vision, lifestyle, and personal style Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and visual solutions Maintain patient records while protecting confidentiality Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy Qualifications Experience as an Eyewear consultant preferred knowledge of optical products/Eyewear Excellent communication and customer service skills Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality Experience with pediatric patients is a plus Why Rye Eye Care?
