We are seeking passionate opticians to become an integral part of our company! This position would be part of an elite team that would be responsible for traveling throughout the United States to assist in coordination and development of new team members. You'll provide extraordinary information and training to leave staff excited and confident of our process, culture and mindset. This position will act as a trainer to our professional staff to provide maximum efficiency in providing high quality care in the process of filling eyeglass prescriptions under the treatment plan mindset Work to deliver an engaging learning experience Assisting in the coordination and development of training for staff Conduct employee training and organizational development and coordinate activities in order to enhance the integrations of new staff Ensures proper training of staff through better understanding of job description and computer software Work closely with leadership team to nurture high quality learning environment in compliance with professional standards Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, and frequent consultation with leadership team. Assist with designing, developing, and implementing trainings and processes with both the company's requirements and team members' needs. Collaborate with leadership team in training development and delivery. Ensure training and development is consistently (techniques, objectives, direction, etc.) performed throughout the various teams and locations. Provide technical support and guidance to staff members. Collaborate to ensure smooth coordination of training times and spaces. Assist with role playing and live monitoring. Periodically evaluate ongoing training programs to ensure that they reflect current policies and processes. Maintain schedule of all ongoing training. Willingness to travel throughout The United States to meet all training needs. Perform other office duties as assigned.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Basic keyboarding skills and some experience with Word, Excel and an aptitude to learn and apply new software applications quickly. Exceptional customer service skills and great personality Great work ethic and takes pride in their work Dependable Detail oriented and organized Enjoys talking to people and has a positive attitude
