Over time, you'll have the chance to purchase the business and carry forward its legacy, with the full support and mentorship of the current owner. What You'll Do Provide expert optical services, including eyewear fittings, adjustments, and repairs. Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their vision needs and personal style. Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and product ordering. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Learn the business side — from budgeting and marketing to staffing and vendor negotiations — preparing you for future ownership. What You'll Bring Licensed or certified optician (or equivalent experience in optical retail). A passion for customer care and a keen eye for style and detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A genuine interest in entrepreneurship and long-term business growth.
