Duties Help patients select appropriate eyewear by providing knowledgeable retail sales guidance, including fitting glasses, explaining lens options, and processing retail math calculations. Support medical billing and coding processes by accurately documenting procedures and verifying insurance information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Manage patient records with meticulous attention to medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical records management standards. Possible training in clinical area.
