We take pride in our sustainable values , independent frame lines , and personalized approach to vision care. We're currently seeking a skilled and personable Optician to join our team. You'll assist patients with finding stylish, high-quality eyewear, perform precise measurements and fittings, and guide them through lens selections that best fit their lifestyle. We welcome opticians with retail experience in private or corporate eye care , and those passionate about fashion, design, and patient education . Responsibilities Greeting and checking in patients Schedule and modify patient appointments via phone, email, or text Assist patients with frame styling and lens selections Take accurate optical measurements (PD, segment height, etc.) Educate patients on lens options and features Create and submit orders through insurance portals and lab systems Inspect, dispense, and adjust eyewear with precision and care Maintain open communication with labs and reps regarding orders and warranties Manage inventory, monitor open jobs, and keep the optical area organized Troubleshoot and resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism Support patient check-out and scheduling when needed

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience as an optician (private or corporate setting) Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Familiarity with optical lab/insurance systems

Preferred:
