This dynamic new optician should be comfortable assisting patients with frame selection, helping them choose frames that suit their facial features, personal taste as well as lifestyle and budget. Duties and Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all patients are receiving the best quality of care at all times.

Primary responsibilities include:

Review Physician's prescriptions and orders based on medical charts Educate patients on their corrective lens options and help them make a choice that fits their medical needs as well as lifestyle preferences Provide honest but compassionate feedback about aesthetic choices in frames Achieve sales goals and quotas as determined by office staff while attending to patients' specific needs and desires Manage inventory of frames and conduct proper frame board management to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and product variety Communicate with physician with questions or concerns about prescriptions and other eye-related issues Perform adjustments and repairs of eyewear Place optical orders with a general understanding of insurance benefits As an integral member of our team, you'll get: Vision, and retirement benefits Competitive salary Generous employee discounts 100% employer-paid continuing courses, conferences, etc. If you're an optician ready to join an innovative and customer-focused practice, we look forward to receiving your application.
