Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Optician to assist patients with selecting, fitting, and caring for eyeglasses and contact lenses. The Optician ensures accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering excellent service and support. Responsibilities Interpret and verify optical prescriptions Assist customers with frame and lens selection Measure, fit, adjust, and repair eyewear Educate patients on proper use and care of eyewear Process orders and maintain accurate records Support insurance and payment processing as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Optical experience of at least 1 year or more Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Work Environment Retail optical store or medical office Weekend availability
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
