Position Summary... What you'll do... Join Walmart's dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Supervisor II, Facilities Maintenance at our facility in Spring, Texas . This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead maintenance operations, develop associates, ensure equipment reliability, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will help support safe, efficient facility operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Work Shift:
2ndShift What You'll Do:
Lead and develop maintenance associates through coaching, delegation, and feedback. Support preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, systems, and facilities. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, SOPs, and One Best Way. Partner across teams to resolve issues and improve facility performance. Use data and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Maintain custodial standards, compliance, and equipment readiness. Coordinate vendors and service providers to support timely, quality work. Improve maintenance processes through technology and operational excellence. Promote safety, accountability, associate development, and continuous improvement.What You'll Bring:
Experience leading maintenance, facilities, or operations teams. Knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience using data to identify root causes and implement solutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced operational environment. Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. - $96,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
