Position Summary... What you'll do... Join Walmart's dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Supervisor II, Facilities Maintenance at our facility in Spring, Texas . Shift What You'll Do:

Lead and develop maintenance associates through coaching, delegation, and feedback. Support preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, systems, and facilities. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, SOPs, and One Best Way. Partner across teams to resolve issues and improve facility performance. Use data and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Maintain custodial standards, compliance, and equipment readiness. Coordinate vendors and service providers to support timely, quality work. Improve maintenance processes through technology and operational excellence. Promote safety, accountability, associate development, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

Experience leading maintenance, facilities, or operations teams. Knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience using data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
