Duties Provide expert guidance on eyewear selection, fittings, and adjustments to ensure optimal comfort and vision correction Dispense spectacle lenses accurately, including verifying prescriptions and performing lens measurements Assist customers with eyewear frame selection, adjustments, and repairs to enhance fit and style. Educate patients on the various lens options and treatments. Assist patients with learning to insert and remove and care for contact lenses. Requirements Proven retail sales experience with a focus on optical products preferred Experience with spectacle lens dispensing, eyewear fittings, frame adjustments, and optical laboratory procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies to protect patient information Ability to handle vital signs measurement when necessary for comprehensive patient care in retail or clinical settings Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to improving vision health through exceptional service.
