As our Inside Sales Rep you own the estimates our consultants have already presented and close them over the phone, then get cancelled and missed appointments back on the schedule. It is a high-volume phone seat built for people who dial fast and ask for the sale. Key Responsibilities Work the open estimate list daily and close presented roofing estimates over the phone Call cancellations, no-shows and appointments that did not pitch and get them back on the schedule Answer inbound calls and respond to new leads fast, including reacting to leads that come in after hours Make around 300 calls a day across rehash, recovery and the outbound lead list Keep every call, estimate and outcome current in ServiceTitan, with Hatch and our AI voice tools running alongside Track your own numbers: calls, estimates given, rehash revenue, booking rate and recovery rate Skills, Knowledge & Expertise A real inside sales record: high-volume phone sales where you got people to say yes (top cold callers stand out) Dials first and analyzes later, comfortable at 300 calls a day Quick with technology, so a CRM or dialer is never the reason a call drops Proactive during your shift and still reactive to leads outside it Available Tuesday to Friday 12pm to 8pm plus Saturday coverage, our busiest booking day Home improvement, service or rehash experience is a plus, not a requirement Must pass a background check Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance PTO accrued at 6.7 hours per month Free Life Time fitness membership for local employees, two minutes from the South Jordan office About Aesthetic Roofing At Aesthetic Roofing , this isn't the kind of place where you clock in, zone out, and wait for the weekend.
