What You'll Be Working On Providing comprehensive, full-scope primary care optometry and vision assessments. Diagnosing, managing, and treating ocular diseases and vision disorders to the full extent of licensure. Utilizing modern equipment and diagnostic technology to deliver personalized patient outcomes. Focusing on clinical care while collaborating with an experienced technical and optical team. Contributing to a practice culture that values professional autonomy, growth, and exceptional service. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in the state of Arkansas . What's In It For You Competitive Compensation:

New Graduates:

$155,000 - $160,000 base salary (based on a 4.5-day work week).

Experienced Associates:

Closer to $175,000 starting base salary (based on a 4.5-day work week).

Schedule Options:

Highly flexible. Full-time is structured around 4.5 days per week with zero weekend requirements, but a 3 day/week position is fully supported if part-time is desired (salary pro-rated accordingly).
