We are seeking a charismatic, patient-focused Optometrist (OD) to join our exceptional team at our Woodstock and/or Douglasville, Georgia locations. Practice Optometry—Not Paperwork Our highly trained technicians complete comprehensive patient workups, including: Visual acuity Autorefraction IOP Lensometry Chief complaint Medical and ocular history Smoking history Retinal imaging Patients are scheduled every 20 minutes , allowing for an efficient schedule while maintaining qualitypatient care. You will have the support and technology needed to focus your time where it matters most: with your patients. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye examinations and contact lens evaluations Diagnose and treat ocular disease Provide medical eye care and prescribe ocular/systemic medications when appropriate Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses Educate patients regarding contact lens care and ocular health Maintain accurate and thorough medical records Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare providers when appropriate Requirements Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree or pending graduation Georgia optometry license, or eligibility/pending licensure
