Kingston Eye is a brand-new, state-of-the-art, family-owned and optician-owned optometry practice in Kingston, Massachusetts. With more than 40 years of family experience in the optical industry , we are creating a modern practice centered around exceptional patient care, advanced technology, dry eye treatment, and genuine relationships. We are looking for an Independent Optometrist (OD) to join our team—someone who is passionate about patient care, interested in dry eye and ocular surface disease , and believes in going the extra mile for every patient. What We're Looking For We want an OD who: Is passionate about providing exceptional, personalized patient care Has an interest in or passion for dry eye and ocular surface disease Enjoys educating patients and taking the time to understand their needs Is a true team player who values collaboration Wants the doctor, opticians, and owners to work together as one team Is excited about modern technology, advanced diagnostics, and innovative treatment Wants their expertise, ideas, and voice to matter One Team. One Patient Experience. Although Kingston Eye is optician-owned, we don't want our patients to experience separate "clinical" and "optical" sides of the practice. We want them to experience one Kingston Eye. Our OD will work closely with our owners and optical team to create a seamless, personalized experience from the exam room to the optical—and beyond.
