Job Description
Optometrist — Natick Eye Associates Natick Eye Associates is seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Optometrist to join our growing eye care practice in Natick, Massachusetts. We are looking for an optometrist who is committed to providing exceptional patient care, enjoys building lasting relationships with patients, and works well as part of a collaborative clinical team. Position Highlights Full-time or part-time opportunity Competitive compensation based on experience Paid Vacation 401k Health and Dental Insurance Supportive clinical and administrative team Modern office environment and equipment Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye examinations and routine vision evaluations Diagnose and manage ocular conditions and diseases Prescribe glasses and perform contact lens fittings Provide patient education regarding eye health and treatment options Manage and co-manage ocular conditions as appropriate Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care Deliver a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered experience Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program Current Massachusetts optometry license in good standing Strong clinical and communication skills Excellent patient-care skills and bedside manner Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively within a team New graduates and experienced optometrists are welcome to apply.
