Optometrist (OD) - Immediate Opening (3-4 Days/Week) Job Overview We have an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Optometrist to join our growing practice in Fruitport, MI . This is a flexible part-time to full-time role (3-4 days a week) offering a collaborative environment with flexible pay. This position is a great opportunity for a recently graduated optometrist looking to build confidence, gain diverse clinical experience, and grow their career with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough eye and vision exams. Diagnose eye diseases and vision defects like glaucoma or myopia. Prescribe corrective eyeglasses and contact lenses. Provide medical treatments and write prescriptions when needed. Answer patient questions and offer helpful eye care advice. Qualifications and Skills Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree (new grads are highly encouraged to apply). Active and valid Michigan optometry license (or pending graduation/licensure). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly attitude with a focus on great customer service.
