We prioritize preventive care, meaningful patient relationships, and exceptional service standards.
Position Summary:
The Per Diem Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care services for clinic patients, working closely with members of our multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
  • Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions and visual disorders.
  • Prescribe corrective lenses and provide treatment recommendations as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support integrated patient care.
  • Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment plans.
  • Document care accurately and promptly within the electronic medical record.
  • Contribute positively to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional service.

  • Graduation from an accredited school of optometry.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Professional Experience Requirements:
  • Two (2) years experience as an optometrist.
