Organization Overview Our practice group is a leader in primary care, committed to a model that empowers doctors to focus entirely on their patients. We believe that providers should be free from the administrative burdens of running a practice, which is why we provide a comprehensive support structure—including billing and patient pre-screening. The practice environment is energetic and professional, designed for a clinician who enjoys managing a diverse patient base from pediatrics to geriatrics. By providing a turnkey clinical setting, we ensure you can step in and deliver high-quality care from the moment you arrive. What You'll Be Working On Providing full-scope primary care optometry to a diverse patient population on weekends. Delivering high-quality eye care to patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Utilizing provided ancillary business support to ensure a seamless patient flow. Focusing on clinical excellence while utilizing provided patient pre-screening and technical support. Contributing to a practice culture that values professional integrity and exceptional service. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in New Jersey . Strong clinical skills and a passion for primary care optometry. Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a supportive team environment. Availability to provide consistent coverage on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
