Your Role & Impact Manage a consistent, high-quality volume of 20-35 patients per day with support staff on every case. Lead pre- and post-operative surgical co-management (Cataract, Refractive, etc.) alongside fellowship-trained surgeons. Diagnose and manage a diverse range of ocular pathologies, including glaucoma and retinal disease. Act as a key educator for our patient population, ensuring the highest standards of continuity of care. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree in good standing.Experience:
