Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an Optometrist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for patient care, with comprehensive knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostics and treatment. This position would cover our office on Mondays and Wednesdays, and could lead to full time and eventually ownership. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in optometry while delivering exceptional service in a collaborative environment. Duties Conduct thorough ophthalmic patient examinations, including assessment of visual acuity, ocular health, and vital signs using advanced medical equipment and diagnostic imaging tools. Diagnose eye conditions and disease states, providing appropriate medical treatments or referrals as necessary. Perform contact lens fittings and adjustments, ensuring comfort and optimal vision correction for patients. Qualifications Valid licensure (or soon to be) as an Optometrist in PA. Proven experience in ophthalmology or optometry practice with a focus on patient care and diagnosis. Interest in building and developing a sub-specialty especially in dry eye and neurovision. Ability to work efficiently within a team environment while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
