This unique opportunity offers a hybrid schedule with three days of in-person patient care and two days working remotely each week , making it an attractive option for an OD looking to live in the Colorado Springs area while enjoying greater flexibility. The practice provides comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, with a strong pediatric population at its Pueblo location and a diverse mix of patients across its additional offices. Doctors are given autonomy to practice according to their clinical interests, including the opportunity to incorporate more medical optometry and disease management if desired. OCT and Optos widefield retinal imaging are available to support patient care. Experienced technicians and scribes support providers throughout the day. Doctors typically see 15+ patients per day , with bonus opportunities available for increased production. Schedule Monday-Friday; no Saturdays Three days on-site / two days remote Flexibility regarding which days are spent in each setting On-site care primarily in Pueblo, with opportunities to support other southern Colorado locations Compensation & Benefits Starting base salary of $170,000 Production bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) after one year Six paid sick days Two weeks paid vacation annually beginning after the first year $1,200 annual CE allowance Malpractice insurance Colorado licensure expenses covered Minimum Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree Colorado optometry license, or ability to obtain Comfortable providing both in-person and tele-optometry care Ability to practice autonomously With two work-from-home days each week, no weekends, a $170,000 starting salary plus bonuses, and the flexibility to live in the Colorado Springs area , this is an excellent opportunity for an optometrist looking for a different approach to traditional full-time practice.
