Full-Scope OD - Private Practice (Mon-Fri) | Relocation to Laredo Flores Eye Care Clinic is looking for a dedicated Doctor of Optometry to join our independent private practice. While we are targeting Houston-area practitioners, this position requires relocating to our clinic in Laredo, TX. We offer complete clinical independence and a Monday-through-Friday schedule without the demands of corporate retail environments. Both experienced optometrists and recent University of Houston College of Optometry graduates are welcome to apply. Relocation support is available.

Enjoy a year-one base salary starting at $150,000, with a comprehensive first-year package valued over $200,000.

Daily Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive vision care and advanced ocular disease management. Design personalized, patient-centric treatment and wellness plans. Partner with our internal team to uphold premium patient satisfaction. Cultivate and lead your own niche specialty within our medical practice. Candidate Requirements Earned Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. Current, active license to practice optometry within the State of Texas. Patient-first mentality paired with strong clinical empathy. Driven, independent professional eager to expand their clinical footprint.
