Texas Eye and Cataract is seeking an experienced Optometrist for PRN coverage 1-4 days per week in October at our flagship medical and surgical eye care center in Midlothian, Texas . This is an ideal opportunity for an OD looking to pick up additional clinical days without committing to a full-time position . About the Role You'll work alongside our ophthalmology and optometry team providing medical and routine optometric care in a busy surgical practice.

Typical responsibilities may include:

Comprehensive and medical eye examinations Management of routine ocular conditions and disease Cataract and surgical post-operative care Refractions and routine vision care Collaboration with our surgeons, technicians, and clinical team Approximately 30 patients per clinical day Experience with surgical co-management is helpful, but we're also open to an experienced OD who is comfortable learning our clinical workflows and protocols. Our ideal candidate:
