Role Overview:

Provides patient care in collaboration with physicians, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for both new and established patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients, establish presumptive diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Order, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies within scope. Perform procedures within licensed practice. Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and staff via various channels. Provide patient education, advocate for safe and ethical care, and address health concerns. Document clinical findings accurately and adhere to policies and guidelines. Monitor patient safety, report significant risks, and adjust treatments as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies preferred. Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnostics, and medication management. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Ability to perform procedures within scope of practice. Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and continuous learning.
