## Job Summary Certified Prosthetist / Orthotist (CPO/CP/CO) ( Multiple Job locations - Bullhead city, Kingman city, Lake Havasu city, Yum City, AZ ). The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve their functional goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine prosthetic and/or orthotic needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals. Design and provide custom prosthetic and orthotic devices. Perform accurate fitting, alignment, adjustments, modifications, and follow-up care. Evaluate device performance and make appropriate clinical modifications. Educate patients and caregivers regarding proper use, care, maintenance, and safety. Establish positive, professional relationships with patients and their families. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in device fabrication and modification when appropriate. Stay current with advances in prosthetic and orthotic technology, materials, and clinical techniques. Provide exceptional patient service while maintaining a high standard of clinical care. Qualifications ABC Certification as a CPO, CP, or CO required. 1-2 years of professional experience in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics. Strong clinical skills in prosthetic and/or orthotic evaluation, treatment, fitting, and follow-up. Excellent patient-care and clinical decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively within a team. Proficient computer and clinical documentation skills. OPIE knowledge/experience is a plus. Hands-on fabrication and laboratory experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
