Global JetCare is hiring experienced Flight Paramedics for domestic and international fixed-wing air ambulance transports. Our medical teams provide approximately 3 to 20 or more hours of patient care per mission while traveling throughout the United States and around the world. Each medical crew consists of a paramedic and registered nurse supported by a two-pilot flight crew. Previous flight experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong critical-care or advanced life-support experience. Responsibilities Provide patient care during extended air ambulance transports Work with the flight nurse and two-pilot crew Manage airways, ventilators, IV medications, and patient monitoring Perform intubation, intraosseous access, and defibrillation Complete accurate patient-care documentation Assist with loading and unloading patients and equipment Operate Zoll X Series monitors, Impact 731 AEV ventilators, Sapphire infusion pumps, portable suction, and McGrath MAC video laryngoscopes Requirements Current Florida Paramedic license At least five years of experience working as a paramedic At least three years of critical-care paramedic experience within the past five years Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong airway and ventilator-management skills Current United States passport Ability to travel domestically and internationally Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Ability to work safely in a confined aircraft environment Ability to report within two hours when called for a mission Ability to relocate to the Brooksville area before starting work Preferred Qualifications Flight-paramedic experience Critical-care transport experience FP-C certification Schedule and Travel On-call shifts are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employees must report within two hours of receiving a mission call Missions may continue beyond the scheduled on-call period Domestic and international travel is required Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Uniform allowance Application Questions Have you worked as a licensed paramedic for at least five years?
