Responsibilities Welcome patients, assist with check-in/check-out, and help create a positive clinic experience Room patients, collect health history, obtain vital signs, and document information accurately in the medical record Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient care within scope of training and licensure Perform lab-related tasks and support symptom-based clinical workflows as directed Review care instructions and help patients understand next steps after their visit Communicate professionally with patients, families, pharmacies, and care team members Complete follow-up calls and help relay test results as directed by providers Maintain exam room readiness, stock supplies, and support infection prevention and safety standards Support daily clinic operations while helping ensure efficient patient flow and quality care
Qualifications Education:
