What You'll Do Deliver advanced life support (ALS) care to patients of all acuity levels during interfacility and specialty transports. Apply strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making while collaborating closely with your crew and facility teams. Uphold Ascent's uncompromising standards of safety, professionalism, and documentation excellence. Engage actively in training, case reviews, and quality initiatives designed to push the limits of what ground EMS can achieve. What We're Looking For Idaho Paramedic License or Compact/Replica state compliant; NREMT-P strongly encouraged BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required); PHTLS or ITLS preferred Minimum 1 year field experience (ALS or critical-care transport experience ideal) Will consider less than 1 year for the right candidate Exceptional clinical skills, clear communication, and sound judgment under pressure A positive attitude, team mentality, and drive to constantly improve Clean driving record and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights/weekends What We Offer Competitive pay, with overtime opportunities built into standard schedules Relocation assistance and/or sign-on incentives available for the right candidates Medical, dental, and vision coverage Continuous education and advancement opportunities - Ascent invests in your growth A culture that values excellence, humility, and integrity above everything else Ready to ascend?
