Lifeline Paramedic Transport Tech Full Time - Rotating shift - 36 hours •the schedule does include weekends The Johns Hopkins Hospital Lifeline Transport Team is an integral part of The Department of Emergency Services. The Department of Emergency Services is a designated Level 1 Adult Trauma Center, regional Pediatric Trauma Center, Eye Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and Cardiac Center for the state of Maryland. The Lifeline team executes thousands of air, ground and in-house patient transports yearly and assists in preserving the lives of our most critically ill patients during these transports. Lifeline's mission is to bring 24/7 advanced life support and critical care services to The Johns Hopkins community.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Successful completion of a Paramedic Training Program
Unrestricted valid driver's license
National Registry Paramedic & Maryland certification required at time of hire
District of Columbia & Pennsylvania Paramedic certifications required; upon hire OR within the first 120 days of employment
Valid and current ACLS and BLS certification required upon hire
Must maintain contracted ambulance vendor's emergency vehicle operator requirements
Required minimum of two years of EMS or hospital experience within last three years. Preferred minimum of one year as a full-time advanced life support (ALS) provider.

Salary Range:
Minimum 28.39/hour - Maximum 46.87/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
