Job Description
The Paramedic role reviews emergency medical systems and provides support in emergency medical situations. Working under general supervision for routine situations, this position manages critical patient care and emergency response, and ensures timeliness of reports and documentation. Essential Job Function Conducts reviews of emergency medical systems and protocols to ensure proper functionality and adherence to established standards. Ensures the quality and timeliness of reports, and records related to emergency medical services to maintain accurate records. Manages employee inquiries and troubleshoot issues requiring policy interpretation, to provide guidance and resolution. Coaches lower-level professionals to support their growth and development. Maintains a high level of expertise in emergency medical procedures, treatments, and technologies to deliver effective patient care. Performs other duties as assigned.
