Full-Time Positions Paramedic Essential Functions:

Respond to 911 calls & provide high-quality patient careCommunicate clearly with patients, partners, and healthcare staffDocument care accurately and professionallyWork effectively as part of a teamMaintain a clean, professional appearancePromote safety & follow all reporting protocolsSupport process improvements and high service standards

Paramedic Education and Experience:

Ohio Paramedic license (in good standing)High school diploma or GEDClean driving record preferredAble to lead ALS calls confidently

Paramedic Physical Expectations:

Lift/carry up to 150 lbs. unassistedStand, walk, kneel, and climb as needed in emergency scenesUse radios, phones, and computers effectively Stay calm and focused in high-stress, fast-paced situationsMake sound decisions under pressure, including with combative or unpredictable individuals
