Parma Heights, OH Who We Are We are a growing ambulance service providing safe, reliable, and compassionate patient transportation throughout Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, and West Virginia. We partner with hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospice providers, and other healthcare organizations to deliver high-quality emergency and non-emergency medical transport. Position Summary We are seeking dependable PRN Paramedics to join our team. This flexible, as-needed position provides Advanced Life Support (ALS) care during emergency responses, interfacility transfers, and scheduled patient transports. As the clinical leader on your unit, you will deliver exceptional patient care while supporting your EMT partner and ensuring compliance with all protocols and company standards. Responsibilities Provide ALS care in accordance with state protocols Assess, treat, and monitor patients during transport Administer medications and perform advanced procedures within scope of practice Lead and support EMT partners Complete accurate electronic patient care reports Maintain a clean, stocked, and inspection-ready ambulance Communicate effectively with dispatch and healthcare partners Follow all company policies and safety standards Qualifications Current Ohio Paramedic certification or eligibility for reciprocity Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Professional, reliable, and patient-focused Why Join Us?
