Job Description

This full-time Paramedic position is responsible to administer medical treatment and provide transport of sick and injured persons to medical facilities in accordance with Pennsylvania EMS protocols, federal, state, and local regulations, organizational policies and procedures and professional standards. Paramedics will also be responsible for assisting in the coordinating the shift activities.
Minimum Requirements:
18 years of age Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Current certification as PA DoH Paramedic Current healthcare provider CPR, ACLS, and PALS Haz-Mat awareness
IS-100, IS-200, NIMS-700 & IS-800
courses
Preferred:
Ability to work a set nighttime schedule At least 1 year experience operating ambulances in a 911 setting At least 1 year experience as a Paramedic in a 911 setting Current PA DoH EMSVO credential Current National Registry Paramedic certification Knowledge of emsCharts PCR software
Supplemental Information:
Set nighttime schedule 36 hour / 48 hour 2-week rotation Schedule features 8 hours of built-in overtime per pay period Hourly rate determined by experience and education Competitive benefits package Equal opportunity employer
