JOB SUMMARY
  • Schedule:
    10am-6pm
  • City Ambulance Service is seeking an EMS Liaison responsible for supporting our partnered hospital in providing support through professional, friendly, and accurate phone interactions and arranging of emergent and non-emergent ambulance transports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a part of a 24/7 operation
  • EMS Liaison will actively work to improve collaboration, integration, and coordination with area EMS services
  • Serve as a Liaison between the Hospital and City Ambulance on issues related to EMS and Hospital operations
  • Actively participate in internal and external meetings related to advancement of City Ambulance service line
  • Manage and grow business relationships with the assigned hospital
  • Assist the Hospital with administrative functions: Affiliation Agreement management and coordination EMS Care investigations EMS Medical Director/Service/Provider relationships and patient reporting Coordinate EMS educational classes for hospital staff
  • Builds relationships with clients and field personnel
  • Assist marketing team as needed Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to teamwork and assisting colleagues in achieving company goals
  • Ability to think independently, to find creative solutions
  • Confident phone presence
  • Map reading skills, including online mapping programs
  • General geographic knowledge of Houston and surrounding cities
Education:
High School or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred) EMT-License is required
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00

00 per hour
