Essential Functions The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: Be a team player. Be positive. Be ready to make an impact. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with military installations, veteran service organizations, and military healthcare facilities to promote our services and facilitate patient referrals. Establish and strengthen connections with healthcare clinics, providers, and organizations to promote our services and facilitate patient referrals. Act as a liaison between our organization and military personnel, veterans, and their families, offering information, resources, and support as needed. Collaborate with military healthcare providers and administrators to ensure seamless coordination of care for military patients transitioning between military and civilian healthcare systems. Organize and participate in events, workshops, and outreach activities to engage with military personnel, veterans, and their families, raising awareness of our services and advocating for their unique healthcare needs. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our organization. Organize and participate in events, workshops, and outreach activities to engage with community healthcare organizations and providers, raising awareness of our services. Stay informed about military healthcare policies, programs, and initiatives to better serve our military community and address their evolving needs. Participates and actively seeks continuous career development to enhance and sharpen liaison skills Documents concisely, precisely, and accurately on all records or documents as indicated by policy. Maintains confidentiality of all employees, patients, clients, and company information Participates in department and company meetings, as well as professional development activities. Understands HIPAA regulations and maintains confidentiality of all employee, company, patient, and/or vendor information. Has read and understands the company's HIPAA Privacy Policy and complies with all regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHAA, Employee Handbook, and all other company policies and procedures. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in a related field preferred) Experience working in a healthcare setting with medical terminology knowledge and prior patient care experience Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Self-motivated with the ability to connect, develop, and maintain relationships with mental health and military partners including accessing military bas Prior experience in marketing and/or sales with a proven track record in generating leads and converting them to sales Previous experience working with military personnel, veterans, or military healthcare systems and/or community organizations, doctors, and other mental health practices Demonstrates an understanding of military culture, healthcare benefits, and support services available to military families. Demonstrates excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with military stakeholders, including military leaders, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Must have a reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed. Demonstrates a proven record in setting and meeting company objectives. Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a proven history in effective customer and inter-company communication. Demonstrates proficient organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
