Responsibilities Perform initial patient screenings and patient intake procedures. Assist medical staff in the administration of treatments. Manage patient records and data with adherence to confidentiality and accuracy standards. Educate patients and families on health care and wellness. Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and care plans. Monitor patient health status and report significant changes to the assigned practitioner.
