We are seeking a Part-Time Treatment Coordinator (35 hours/week, Monday through Thursday) to be the bridge between our clinicians and our patients. In this role, you will review recommended treatment plans, break down the costs, and help patients navigate their financial options. No prior healthcare experience? No problem! We are fully prepared to train the right person. For us, the right attitude, empathy, and a sparkling personality are things we can't teach—everything else, we can.
Key Responsibilities Patient Counseling:
Meet with patients from all walks of life after their clinical exams to walk them through their recommended treatment plans in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
Financial Guidance:
Present pricing, insurance breakdowns, and payment plans confidently and transparently, helping patients find solutions that fit their budget.
Relationship Building:
Serve as a warm, welcoming advocate for patients, answering their questions and easing any anxieties they may have about their care.
Follow-Up:
Stay in touch with patients who need time to think about their plans, ensuring they feel supported but never pressured.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate with the clinical team and update patient accounts accurately.
