Position Overview:
We're seeking Patient Advocates who are confident communicators, great on the phone, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact between our company and patients—ensuring they receive timely information, compassionate support, and clear guidance throughout their care journey.
Schedule:
In-Office | Monday
PM Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls regarding patient and product inquiries Register patients in our custom CRM system with complete and accurate information Make outbound calls to gather missing documentation or clarify patient needs Notify patients of application status, missing information, insurance verification, or eligibility issues Maintain organized and detailed records of patient communication and actions taken Escalate issues or concerns to the Office Manager as needed Collaborate with team members to meet weekly and monthly performance goals
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communicator (Bilingual preferred) Customer service mindset with previous call center or healthcare experience Comfortable on the phone and able to manage a high volume of calls daily Organized and tech-savvy with solid data entry and CRM experience Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse populations Team player
- Ready to work collaboratively and contribute to shared goals Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to maintain patient confidentiality Experience with utilization management is a plus
Qualifications:
